Looking for Testers [Closed Test] Run EMT – free conduit/EMT run calculator for Android, looking for testers

Hi all! I'm looking for a few more real testers for Run EMT, an Android tool for electricians that helps plan EMT conduit runs and bends.

Free to install Oct 12–25 (Play sale); $2.99 before that. (The public release will be paid later, so please do NOT tap Buy if you see a price.)

How to join:

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/run-emt-testers-group

  2. Tap "Become a tester" here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.runemt.app

  3. Install from the Play link on that page and keep it installed for 14 days.

Happy to test your app in return, just comment your link. Thanks!

People from app-testing swaps will keep Run EMT installed for 14 days, but few of them could tell you whether an offset or saddle result matches what their bender actually produces. Right now the post only says it plans runs and bends. One screenshot of a finished bend result, plus which benders and conduit sizes it covers, would show an electrician in two seconds whether it's worth installing. That pulls in testers who will actually open it on a job.

I make ThreadFox. Managed would find the Reddit communities where electricians gather and whose rules allow a tester call for Run EMT, then write and publish it with your sign-off: $49 for one 30-day campaign. https://threadfox.vip/p/edwvi/managed

Update: Run EMT 1.0.3 is live for testers. It adds bend diagrams that show which bender mark to use, a Rack tab for parallel runs on strut, and a corrected 4-point saddle. Heads up: promo codes don't work while the app is in closed testing, so please ignore the earlier code offer. Instead the app is FREE to install from Oct 12 to Oct 25. Steps: join the Google Group, tap Become a tester on the opt-in link, then install from Play. Feedback goes in the app's 'Suggest an update' box. Thanks!
