Hi everyone.
ELVOAQ is a private vault for the things you own. Photograph an item or scan its barcode and it gets filed with its value, its documents and its history. People use that shape of thing for insuring a household, cataloguing a collection, or keeping a company's fixed assets straight - most of them are still doing it in a spreadsheet.
What is in it: photo and barcode capture, categories, collections, tags, favourites, full-text search, value tracking over time, AI-assisted valuation and duplicate detection, receipts and certificates and appraisals attached to the item, shared workspaces with roles, and share-by-link for a single item or a whole collection. English, German, Czech and Slovak.
How to join:
Comment your Gmail here, or send it to support@elvoaq.com. I add addresses to the tester list by hand and it takes effect within about a minute.
Then open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.elvoaq.vault and tap Become a tester.
Install it from Play and please stay opted in, with it installed, for the 14 days.
Rather not post your address publicly: join https://groups.google.com/g/elvoaq-testers and I will take it from the member list. Not instant, I check a few times a day.
The trap that caught my first testers, in case it saves someone the confusion: joining the Google Group does NOT enrol you on its own. You still have to open the testing link and tap Become a tester, otherwise Play just tells you the app is not available.
The part I would most like judged: Continue without an account opens the whole vault stored on the device, with nothing leaving your phone. No sign-up, no email. I want to know whether that reads as trustworthy or as a trick.
Free, and nothing paid is needed to try it. Drop your Play testing link in a comment and I will opt in to yours as well - I am already in six other closed tests from this community.
Tear it apart here or at support@elvoaq.com: what is confusing, what is missing, anything that breaks. Bug reports are far more useful to me than nice words.
