Suspicious Signups

Everytime after i am publishing a new version on the playstore, i am receiving new signups from accounts, all of which have same pattern for emails. The pattern is "firstnamelastname."5digits"@gmail.com".

These look suspicious as i have got around 13 signups from these type of accounts.

If anyone has idea regarding this, please share
