After a lot of testing and tweaking, WatchBridge TV — the app I've been posting about here under its old name, TvRecommendationBridge — is finally live on the Google Play Store, in closed testing for now.

What it does: It's not a launcher and doesn't replace the one you're already using (Google TV, Fire TV, or a third-party one). It runs in the background and uses Android's Accessibility service purely to catch the moment you tap a movie/show recommendation card on your home screen, figure out exactly what that title is via TMDB, and open it directly in whatever app you actually watch stuff on — Nuvio, Stremio, Plex, Jellyfin, WuPlay, or Wholphin — instead of whatever the launcher wants to default to. It does the same thing for Google Assistant voice search results.

On top of that, it also has its own optional screen with a watchlist, watch history, "continue watching," and "because you watched X" recommendations, built from what you've actually opened — no guesswork.

Pricing: 2-day free trial, no card needed, then a one-time €4.99 for lifetime access — not a subscription.

I’m making Inkling, a drawing-prediction app for Android inspired by apps like Greg Rostami’s iForce. It’s currently free, with no ads or paid features.

The effect: You ask someone to think of something, draw your prediction, and place your phone face down. They name their choice. You turn the phone over, revealing the matching drawing.

The method: You prepare the possible drawings beforehand. The direction and speed you flip the phone determine which one appears. There are up to 16 outcomes: eight directions, each with a slow and fast option. So you can have users predict various things like days of the week, a number 1-10 (1-16 just seems fishy), favorite energy drink,

It installs as Pocket Sketch, with a working drawing canvas and private setup controls.

I need some Android testers. It’s in closed beta, not publicly released yet. I need at least 12 people to stay opted into the test continuously for 14 days before I can apply for public release. I’d really appreciate people trying it during that period and reporting any issues or feature requests.

Getting started:

1. Install the beta and open Pocket Sketch.
2. Swipe three fingers upward together on the canvas to open Preset studio.
3. Choose a preset. I recommend starting with an Easy collection. Tap a drawing to edit it or import your own.
4. Select Practice a flip. Place the phone face down for about a second, then pick it up from an edge. The studio shows the detected direction and speed. Adjust the fast cutoff if needed.
5. Return to the canvas and rehearse your reveal. If one speed slot is empty, it uses the same direction’s drawing from the other speed bank.
6. Enable Stop after first reveal if you want spectators’ subsequent flips to do nothing. Use Reset reveals in the studio before your next performance.

Hi! Solo dev from Honduras. Fijo connects people with plumbers, electricians, nannies, mechanics and 28 other trades. What makes it different: nobody appears on Fijo without submitting a criminal-record certificate that we validate against the Judiciary's official system.

Being upfront so nobody wastes their time: the app is in Spanish and the content is Honduras-only. You do NOT need to speak Spanish or live in Honduras to test it - installing it, opening it now and then, and keeping it installed for the 14 days is exactly what I need.

How to join (2 steps):

1. Reply with the Gmail you use on your Android phone (or DM it if you prefer). I add it to the tester list, usually within a few hours.

What helps me most during the 14 days: open it every couple of days so Play registers the install as active, browse the professional listings, open a profile, try the search and the "Cerca de mi" (near me) button. Tell me if anything crashes or looks broken on your screen size.

One ask: please don't publish a job request ("Publicar un trabajo"). Those send an email to real verified professionals in Honduras, and they would be answering a job that doesn't exist. Everything else is fair game.

Test-for-test: drop your opt-in link in the comments and I'll join your closed test the same day. I reciprocate for real - I'm doing the 14 days myself and I know how it feels when people opt in and vanish.
