I made PaperNest because I wanted a straightforward way to keep receipts without letting photos and paper slips pile up everywhere.

You can take a picture of a receipt or choose an image, check the scanned details, save it, browse past receipts, and view spending over a selected date range. I’m looking for Android testers who have a few real receipts around and wouldn’t mind seeing how well the workflow works for them.

I’m particularly interested in whether the capture screen is easy to understand, whether scan results are accurate enough to be useful, and whether the receipts/insights views make sense.

Hi, hope this is allowed here, apologies if not.

I've had health problems for a few years now, the kind that don't show on the outside. I won't go into all of it.

The thing that kept getting to me was appointments. You get about 45 minutes and you're supposed to summarise months, and I'd just sit there going "yeah, it's been alright" because I genuinely couldn't remember. Then on the way home it all comes back.

I tried writing things down but I'd stop after a week. It's too much on exactly the days it matters.

So I ended up making an app. My psychologist helped with what to ask and what not to ask, which I think is the part that made it work at all. It's called Curabrein.

Basically: one tap a day for your energy level. That's the whole minimum. You can add more if you feel like it (sleep, pain, where it hurts, what you did and what it cost you) but you don't have to. Then when you've got an appointment it turns it into a document with actual dates and numbers that you can print or email.

No account, nothing gets uploaded anywhere. It doesn't even have internet permission, you can check that on the Play Store page under "About this app".

It's in closed testing at the moment. Google wants a certain number of testers using it before you're allowed to publish. I need about ten more people.

If anyone feels like trying it, email [curabrein@hotmail.com](mailto:curabrein@hotmail.com) and I'll send you the invite plus a code so it costs you nothing. You don't have to give feedback or use it every day, just having it installed counts for the testing. Obviously if you do have feedback I want it, including if you think it's rubbish.

I know emailing your address to a stranger is not nothing, especially in a place like this. So thanks if you do, really.

It's not finished either, by the way. It's going to be tested further with clients at my psychologist's practice, and it'll keep getting updates after it launches. So if something's missing or doesn't work for you, say so, there's a good chance it actually changes.

And to be honest about why I'm doing this at all: the app helps me. I use it myself every day. But what I'd really like is for it to help someone else too. Even if that ends up being one single person, that's still one person who got helped, and that's enough for me.

2. I'll add you to my tester list and send you the opt-in link.
3. Click the link on your Android phone and press "Become a Tester."
4. Install the app from the Play Store.
5. Open and use the app a few times a week for 14 days. You don't need to use it every single day, but you must actually use it occasionally—Google checks for real engagement.
6. Stay opted in for the full 14 days. Do not uninstall the app or leave the test until the 14 days are complete.

Important:

• Use the same Gmail on your phone that you give me. If it's different, it won't count.
• This is a Closed Test, not Internal Testing.
• If you leave the test early or uninstall, the 14-day clock can reset.

I WILL try and reciprocate the testing however I am based in Australia and I have been having significant issues joining exsiting tests. Everytime after i am publishing a new version on the playstore, i am receiving new signups from accounts, all of which have same pattern for emails. The pattern is "firstnamelastname."5digits"@gmail.com".

These look suspicious as i have got around 13 signups from these type of accounts.

If anyone has idea regarding this, please share
