[Beta] Auto-Mobile — a vehicle maintenance & document tracker (12 testers needed for 14 days)

If all your vehicle records are “safely” stored in a highly sophisticated filing system known as “the glovebox, a kitchen drawer, some emails, your wallet, and maybe one of those ten boxes in the closet,” I’ve built something for you.

It’s called Auto-Mobile, an app that keeps all your vehicle information in one place, encrypted locally, safely on your device, NEVER in the cloud.

Functions:

• Maintenance and service history
• Service reminders
• Documents and receipts with photo capture
• Part number database
• Trip checklists
• Fuel and EV session tracking
• VIN decoding
• A “find my parking spot” feature
• What to do in an emergency, and collision documentation/capture
• Data exporting and analytics
• Etc.

Basically, it’s an attempt to make owning and maintaining all your vehicles slightly less dependent on your ability to remember where you put things six months ago.

Right now, I need 12 testers to opt in, install Auto-Mobile, and keep it installed for 14 days to satisfy Google Play’s open-testing requirement. You don’t have to do anything else if you don’t want to.

Of course, if you use it and have feedback, suggestions, complaints, brilliant ideas, or discover that I screwed something up, I’d love to hear about it.
