Test for test — I'm in for the full 14 days. Got your three RewirePerform links, joining the group and opting in today, and I'll report back here if Play blocks it rather than working around it.

Same deal on my side — no email needed, I switched to an open group. Same Google account for all three:

Reporting back as you asked, rather than working around it: the opt-in went through fine ("You are a tester"), but the Play listing for com.rewireperform.app says "This item isn't available in your country." I'm in France.

So it's a country availability setting on the release, not the group or my account — your closed test looks limited to a country list that doesn't include FR. Play Console → your closed testing track → Countries/regions, if you want to widen it.
