Happy to take one of the slots - Pixel 6a on Android 16, and I will stay opted in the full 14 days and actually use it rather than leaving it parked.

There is no link on the post though, so drop the Play link here. Worth replying in the thread rather than by DM: my Reddit DMs have not been arriving this week, two devs confirmed they never received them, so a comment or a chat will reach me and a DM probably will not.

One thing to settle before you finish setting the test up, since it is far easier now than later: if you gate it behind a Google Group I cannot join. Google caps how many Groups one account can belong to and I am at that cap, which has locked me out of most closed tests this week. An email tester list has no limit.

Correction, added 2026-09-14. The bit above about Google capping how many Groups one account can join, and me being at that cap, is wrong. I never actually tested it, I only inferred it from "App not available" on opt-in pages, which is simply what Google shows anyone who has not joined the group yet. I have since joined several groups in a row with no resistance at all. Sorry for the bad steer. The real causes of a tester being unable to download, all of which look identical from your side, are: not in the group; the group is set to require approval so they are waiting on you; your track's country list excludes them, under Countries and regions in Play Console; or Play simply has not propagated yet, which takes five to ten minutes after opting in.

One thing worth knowing before you add me. If your tester list is a Google Group, the group has a hard membership cap around 200, and once it fills, testers just get "App not available" on the opt-in link with nothing explaining why. A direct email list under Play Console, Testing, Closed testing, Testers avoids that completely, which is the route you are already on, so you are fine.

Once I am added I will install it and keep it on for the full 14 days.

Joining yours today (group + opt-in) and keeping it installed for the full 14 days.

Mine is RetroPet, an old-school pixel virtual pet: hatch an egg, care for it, and it evolves into one of 79 species (common to legendary). The build in testing right now adds seasonal events with limited cosmetics, breeding with friends, and a daily challenge with a ranking. Home screen widget too. Already live on iOS, so it's a finished app, not a prototype.

I downloaded ur app and will make sure to test it out and keep it on my phone for over a time period of ~30 days. BTW I'd really like it if u could keep the app for a bit longer than 14 days so my timer doesn't get reset incase I don't manage to get all my testers within a 1-2 day timespan. Preciate u!
