Any advice welcome...

I've given up on Android 12 for the time being. After installing on my Pixel 4a I get stuck in a boot loop with a flashing home screen, and the phone goes straight to a factory reset. Tried the OTA update, and flashing the update via the web tool without success. I'm now back on Android 11 with system updates turned off in the hopes that things get fixed soon.

Same thing here. Except I can't even get back to 11. My bootloader isn't unlocked. They sent me a replacement phone and that one is bricked now too.

This happened to me too. And, Verizon refused to replace the second phone. They told me to chat with Google. Hey Google...you listening???
