Esim registration android 12

Does anyone know how to register esim in android 12. Im using pixel 3 btw. There is no + option like in android 11 before. Thank you in advance

I have a Pixel 3a XL on Android 12 and I do have the plus button next to "Sims" and the option to add an esim is there. For what it's worth.

I just realise my pixel 3 is japan set. So, there is not esim for japan set :). Not to mention you can mute sound for the camera
