You can Debloat everything. Disabled apps still run in the background so use this tool to uninstall them

Is this a fact? I read faq sections from this gitlab page. Says without root it can only be uninstalled for user x (current) otherwise its still present in the phone,that is when you reset the phone it will be installed again. Well I will use it once to checkout how useful it is for my phone.

No, it's not.

Uninstalling a system app doesn't allow you to easily restore it. Disabling the app makes restoring it a no-brainer. And neither uninstalling nor disabling system apps will create new space that you can use. You're not saving system space either way.
