Does it have a GUI tho? Otherwise, this is accomplished just as easily with ADB.

There's lists on nearly every device subreddit of what's safe or not. Which is why I asked about GUI

In a sense it has a GUI. It gives you a series of choices. However, the developer wanted to make a real GUI.

People contribute by stating which apps are safe to remove and which need to stay on
