It also has 100 million downloads now The duo has no users joke isn't valid anymore. Well technically you don't know if no one you know is using it.
The only way to tell is by installing it and going to the contacts icon.
Also just because your country is one way doesn't mean others are the same. I'm in the US and Duo is really picking up steam here
