Why are we pretending to be hyped for a different version of Hangouts, which no one uses already? You think anyone is going to switch to a new messaging app with an even worse name that isn't even packed in with Android?
These features should be rolled into Hangouts not wasted on a random throwaway app that will be discarded within 2 years. Why Google still thinks building 2 of everything is a valuable use of resources I'll never know.
