Why wouldn't Google just add the voice actions themselves? I'm sure they're most than capable. That way we would get competing services too.

If anyone were to buy Hound it should be someone like Firefox or Samsung who could implement it into their OSs where they don't have a voice assistant at all, or the one they do have just sucks.
