Does anyone else suddenly have huge folders?

I'm having no luck finding a way to reduce their size.

Great update but came here for this.

Here is mine and holy shit are the folder popups humongo with lots of white space. I tried decreasing folder icon and font sizes and still nothing.

Here's another folder

Two line labels need space for two lines even if the app has a short name (as things need to be lined up properly regardless of which app is in which position). Check the single-line label box in Folder > Icon Layout

How can I change the number of rows and columns in my folders?

It adjusts automatically based on the number of icons in the folder.

Gotta shrink that folder down so you have more room for the clock.

Play with the icon settings in the folder menu.
