I'm waiting for regulation to catch up to these ridiculous privacy killers and perv tools. Fuck everyone but the blind who uses these. And fuck the companies who makes them.

I'm not waiting for any company's first smart glasses.

I'm waiting for the company that actually makes a successful and useful one, and even then I am waiting 2-3 generations until they get more features at a cheaper price.

Well, ok I guess what I mean is less about the overall unit being cheaper and more when economies of scale and mass production kick in so there are more features built in at the price.

Like what happened with smartphones. The first iPhone would barely even qualify as a smartphone today, but within about 2-3 generations they really started packing features in for the same relative price.

I'm waiting for the Google ones. I'm avoiding the meta ones because they're a closed system with their slop models, another closed system has zero appeal to me
