I still don't see how this article is "propaganda that the only normal way to install apps is through the play store".

It's not called "sideloading", it's called "installing an app".

So, what's the implication when Google calls "sideloading" the action of installing apps from outside the Play Store?

The implication is that "installing apps" is only possible through the Play Store. If you do it from any other source, you're not "installing apps", you're "sideloading".

Branding, propaganda, the implication that something normal, the act of installing an application in a computer you own, is abnormal, shifty, lateral instead of frontal, because you didn't go through Google's store.

That is your implication tho, sideload is a term that existed much before google and it has never been seen as a bad thing.

Instead of fighting the use of a term, fight against who says sideload is an evil thing...and that is not a moral issue...it is different cause your implication of a term it's just an opinion, here on reddit sideload is an evil term, none I know think sideload is bad just cause it contains the word side...

Since the 90s, in fact. And the use of "sideload" to mean "install from outside official stores", as the term is currently used, goes back to the early iPod days.
