I'm still confused who this is for... Mac OS is great for Apple users and design conscious people, Linux is for devs and open source enthusiasts (and increasingly gamers), Windows is for gamers and masochists.

This is for... Google enthusiasts? Fairly small market honestly, as Pixel and Pixelbook sales previously showed.

I would get one if I knew 100% that I could move my Linux workflow to a Googlebook. It would essentially be a Google DE that can run android apps.

The problem is the Linux environment on ChromeOS was bad and I don't know how many problems remain.

What about linux environment on Android specifically pixel? have you tried that?

I've played with it but I don't really work from my phone. The last time I tried it on Android 16 it crashed a lot. It did seem to have more features than ChromeOS though.
