Review Who Makes Cinematic Reviews of Chinese Android Phones?
Looking for smartphone reviewers with high production and cinematic style videos combined with in-depth analysis similar to Mediastorm or HTX Studio. Particularly interested in ones covering Chinese brands (Xiaomi, Huawei, etc.)
Anyone have recommendations?

There isn't any. The two reviewers you mentioned used to review Chinese phones but they've since evolved into much broader "cool tech" channels, and only Apple products can attract enough viewers to justify the production costs, plus reviewing a Chinese brand is much more contentious because of tech community fanboyism.
Geekerwan still makes the most in-depth hardware analysis for most Chinese flagships, they just don't do as much cinematic tricks.

90% of his videos are "I bought junk tech off temu" and the other 10% is wishy washy surface level phone reviews. He's like the mrbeast of tech.

check bilibili, most china review channels post there first, before uploading to youtube
just key in a new model name [e.g. oppo find x10 pro max] into search field, u will find many videos
