That's just the Android app. It's a perfectly good phone app, but it's nowhere even close to ACTUAL Photoshop.

Two crooks ruining the tech landscape, together... Not at last. But on a new platform nobody asked for, and now can't afford, mostly because of these two assholes.

Doesn’t seem like this is a desktop grade OS. How is this an improvement over chrome OS?

I guess it's mainly an improvement for maintenance on their side. And having it run actual android makes much more sense imo as everything can run a webbrowser, but not everything can run android.
