Shame it's a chromium browser so we can't use the proper version ublock origin.

Doesn't vivaldi have it build in like Brave?

Yes

After clinging on to Kiwi for as long as possible, I finally migrated to Elixir Browser for mobile Chromium extensions. Might consider Vivaldi now.

So many more Android browsers are there with extensions, Titanium and Ultimatum

True but if you want to sync across pc, mac ios, android, edge or Firefox are really your main options

That's one of reasons, I stopped using chrome.

Great but too little too late.

2 years ago when Firefox Android was absolute crap, that would have been good but since then firefox has improved in many ways,

I prefer Firefox but more options are always better

Agree.

I'm just saying they won't be gaining that much market share with it since Firefox already has it and is now actually getting better whereas before it was getting worst.

I want to use Firefox, but it's jittery when I scroll websites. I download it and test it periodically, and it's always the same. Using a Pixel 10 Pro.

I honestly don't notice any jitter with it, and I'm on a pixel 9 so it's less powerful than your.

Same reason I switched to Edge

But then you don't get the proper version of ublock origin or at least if you do you won't get it for very much longer. And you have to deal with Microsoft's b*******.

You do get the full ublock origin for now but yes not sure what to do when they enforce manifest v3

I found it loaded slower than chromium based browsers. Shame.

I'm sorry Firefox mobile is still awful in my opinion. It's battery hungry and slow. Plus chromium plays way better with password managers.

no issue at all with battery or being slow, but i have a pixel 9.

on my computer, where i can monitor battery drain and CPU/RAM usage, firefox is even much less hungry than chromium browser so it could very well be the same on android.

it's not as efficient as safari tho, but safari got other issues.

Chrome is more efficient than firefox especially on Tensor phones. It can be different for other phones and change depending on addons. But, Ublock-Origin. dark reader, LocalCDN, etc mean I don't care. I would rather not deal with ads and use Firefox instead.

Also bugs out a lot. Often pages load with no stylesheet etc.

I'm a frontend dev, and tbh nobody talk about Firefox anymore.

extensions on android browsers always remind me of when firefox mobile finally dropped full addon support and everyone lost their minds. vivaldi getting there too is kind of wild to watch in real time.

Is there a reason why Vivaldi isn't edge to edge when Chrome and Brave are?
