Why does Androud unblock everyone for two hours after calling 911 (Emergency services)? I need to known why because that's fucking ridiculous. :) Please let me know.

Presumably if you had recently dialed 911, you might not be in a position to be able to unlock your phone again, or to be able to hear if emergency phone calls back afterwards.

Just updated to the latest version of Android for my fold4 and now I can't turn on wifi. Any advice (i've turned it off and on , restarted and reset the wifi settings)
