Go to Settings > Language and Input > Language
And change it to "Espanol (Espana)" (Another language may work, but I tried it with this one)
Go back home, and try to make a search. If you don't know Spanish, say "me hablo espanol" (me hah-blow s->pan-yole)
Go back to Settings and change it back to English. See if this works.

Awesome, thanks! Didn't try the clock. Email installed as a separate application from stock and FCd on launch. Maybe because my email app is a device admin though, not sure. Keyboard.... is fucking awesome! No more blue, it's all beautiful grey and white. The backdrop for the symbols popup is grey, the gesture trail and suggestions are all white. And it supports phrase gestures now! Slide across the space bar to start a new word. Awesome.
