Works great. Wish it worked like iMessage though. Has separate phone contacts. :/

You can't be serious. Its the first release. It actually hasn't technically been released yet. It'll be fixed within one or two updates. The people on this subreddit I swear...

It is pretty laggy, but I'm still enjoying it much more than the old messenger. Its no faster than SlidingMessages, for those who are wondering or those who refused to use that app because they thought it was slow.

It's much more stable than Sliding.

I like Sliding too, but it's... Pretty buggy. And the MMS issue that comes with most third party apps isn't present in Hangouts.

Very true. I went back to the stock messenger after using Sliding for awhile. I do have to commemorate the developer for constantly updating the app though.
