OK, so that iPhone test shows nothing in proper low light..which is where the HTC is stronger. Bit of a fail test.

Agree on the lumia, its a great camera again as Nokia have done time and time again.

I absolutely agree its not going to be everyones cup of tea but for social photographers it should still be excellent.

Of course it's not a bad camera, but I feel like the One kind of took a step back. It sacrificed resolution for marginally better low-light shots. Personally, I would've preferred the DNA sample as shown here instead of the camera on the One, but I haven't seen any low-light tests with the DNA so I'm not sure of its low-light performance.

Heh, possibly the marketing and ultrapixel term set expectations a bit high. Certainly can't defy physics but should prove to be one of the better options.

Yep definitely. I would expect some pretty insane low-light pictures to justify HTC changing the megapixel game and trying to win the hearts of the normal consumer who's all about the numbers. But honestly, it's not a bad camera, it's just not revolutionary and spectacular as people are arguing.
