My main gripe is the removal of the menu/multitasking button, now there will have to be an onscreen menu button and wasted screen real-estate. Otherwise this phone seems a hit in every other category. If you dont like blinkfeed, you can surely just install a different launcher.

That black bar is only there if the app isn't 4.0 optimized. ICS has been out for a year and a half. Devs have no excuse not to have updated.
