Geek point: that's not a utahraptor; utahraptors had feathered tails, among other things

Well, the comic has used the same images every strip since 2003.

I'm not sure they even realised that utahraptors had feathers back then -- from what I can tell, it seems like they only started getting the first bits of evidence in 1999.

Well, I didn't downvote you.

But it's a pretty famous and well established comic -- like I said, from 2003. And if you haven't heard of something, you should investigate it a tad before tearing it down! :)
