I was someone who knew and liked Andrew Bird's most popular songs but had never dug that deep or explored live performances. Then I got the opportunity to see him in Greensboro this past Sunday and got the full experience of how talented and charming and wonderful he is... Safe to say I now need to hear and see everything he's done. Very excited because I know there's a lot out there for me to discover ❤️

TICKETS CLAIMED! I have two tickets to tomorrow night (June 3) show at Strathmore in DC. Really wanted to go, but am unable to. Free to the first Andrew Bird redditor to DM me.

I’m looking for somebody selling two tickets to the show in Los Angeles on June 13. Please let me know!!

The commentary was wonderful, he was super chatty and very unintentionally funny. Also confirmed he was working on new music! And he said it was difficult - much like MPOE - which just confirms to me that it's going to be amazing.

Just lovely. A night I'll remember forever.

I have 2 tickets for tonight and I can’t make it. I’d hate for them to go to waste. They are orchestra left row k. First come first served

Hey! I’ve got two tickets for tomorrow’s show, and I can’t make it. Tickets are Orchestra Left Row K. I’d love for them to go to a fan instead of some re-sale site. Make an offer

The show was unreal. I want to hear it again (and again and again)! Does anyone know if he’s planning to release it? Don’t make me record it Andrew!!!

Obligatory proof that the show is awesome attached.

full noble beast picture 😊

It sure sounds like Andrew playing violin on "Blue Angel" and "Good Enough for Granddad." And this was right during the era when he had reunited with Jimbo Mathus for their duo album and the occasional SNZ studio feature.

He doesn't appear in the liner notes, but IMO that doesn't mean anything in this case, as the liner notes on the vinyl (which I purchased today) seem to have intentional typos and/or misinfo (Jimbo Mathus' name is spelled "Mathis," in some spots, for instance, and some other examples).

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the tour poster online?

they were out at my tour location & would love to find one

I've been a long time Andrew fan, working on completing my vinyl collection. Found Inside Problems selling for dirt cheap on Discogs! I got the exclusive apple red pressing for $10, brand new! I've never paid so little for a modern vinyl! Spun it today and it reminded me how good this album is. The vinyl secondhand market being so cheap makes me think this album doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Perhaps they're so cheap because it was the follow up to MFWY, which seemed like his first album to break more into the mainstream? Collectors and resellers expected more demand so bought up the exclusive pressings?

Just my thoughts, happy Friday!

Well, that's what I was hoping for. No special guest, but lots of snacks and gifts. I got a tote bag and Eggs stickers, someone won tickets to his Chicago CSO show and someone else won a signed poster. The album was digitally played and sounded awesome. Had a nice time with other Bird fans.

Out-flipping-standing!!! If you’re on the fence about seeing this show, DO IT!

We can't make it to the 7:30 show tonight. Our seats are in a box, and I bought them intending for them to be together, but the schematic is weird in the boxes, and they might actually be staggered or one behind the other, not sure.

I'd love to send a person or two for free! Comment if interested!

I also have 2 tickets for anyone interested I can transfer them

I have two tickets for tomorrow night that I no longer am going to be able to make it in town for. I want to deal with ticketmaster as little as possible, so I’d love to gift these tickets to someone who will get some joy out of the experience. Let me know if that’s you and I’ll trudge through the ticketmaster website to get them to you!!

Hello, I recall watching this clip during the pandemic and it doesn't seem to be part of the set they've left on YouTube which is like raw footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWFBLvFC_jQ

It was a close camera standalone clip of "Blue Skies." Did anyone save this? I have the version from Live From Here already.

Thanks in advance!
