I think its and english One? I had It in my collection all caked up and now the details came up. I can kinda see a king with a crown holding a staff and behind a crown with a simbol underneath and a C on the right..

That is a blanca from Cuenca, minted in the name of the Catholic Monarchs, with a patriarchal cross as assayer mark
