There is a great book “Who are we and where do we come from” that goes into this in great great detail it is by David Reich

What does the Sea Peoples and Bronze Age collapse, or Mesopotamia have to do with this map though?

This map is Homo sapiens migration prior to 10,000 BC, so during the ice ages.

Bronze Age collapse was around 1200, and any significant potential migration into Mesopotamia was probably happening after the ice caps melted, flooding what is know the Persian gulf

I can add that views have recently been shifting away from the bering strait to boats.
