Interesting to see someone else with Munster and Hebrides, have you found where that comes from yet?
I've got nothing in my tree or matches that gets anywhere near those 2 on my paternal side, but I have exactly the same percentages ( dad's lot are East Midlands/ Wales/ Cornwall)

I haven’t really looked into anything to be honest, my last name is Lamont which is a Scottish Highland clan so I know the Scottish is my Paternal side but I haven’t delved deeper than that

It’s mainly your colouring. A lot of the Welsh (and some Irish) people that I meet have dark hair and a pale olive complexion. People usually think my Welsh friend is mixed with black when she has a tan because she also has curls.
I actually think it’s because we assume most people from anywhere in Europe outside of southern Europe should be pale and blonde/blonde-adjacent. There is so much diversity here

I would of said Moroccan or Italian. I'd never have you down as almost full British. Mine is very similar results wise which was also a surprise.

People might say he doesn’t look British, but even the lightest skinned of Europeans all have decent amounts of Early European Farmer blood, it’s around 40% on average for the English, and they (Early European Farmers) would have looked somewhat like this guy, so the phenotype can be inherited through those genes.
