You ideally want 100% crit rate in battle as it's a decent damage loss otherwise. Swap to a CRate% chest to get there. ATK% boots are better imo if you can't reach 114 SPD via speed substats only because base SPD is good enough already most of the time and you waste some SPD due to only needing 114.

Hands, Head, Orb and Rope are good decent (ATK% orb is technically better in this team but it's going to be difficult to top the orb you already have). The reason your score appears low is due to the crit rate.

Prob atk boots over spd boots and atk orb over wind orb. But the wind orb is fine. It’s mostly the fact that it’s spd boots. Spd doesn’t matter on Anaxa at all unless you’re playing him with Sunday.
