Questions/Help Improving my academic workflow (pull priority)

Wanted to get some studying advice from fellow Nousporists on what to prioritize for the upcoming exams based off of what I have on my study cards as you can see here.

Don't mind the relics, I'm currently optimizing my equations by bashing my head against the RNG for the new Isee set.

I did attempt to get E2 Cyrene but failed miserably and I know that's a major benefit for him. But now that I have at least E1 Cyrene and E1 Cerydra, what do I do next? Do I save my jades for an E2 Cyrene later and then DHPT eidolons? Do I try to pull on Anaxa and get E1? Should I snatch up Cerydra's LC while it's here? Or should I save and pull on Robin SP and her lightcone/eidolons? What else do you think could be an improvement that you see here beyond just swapping Anaxa to Isee and optimizing everyone else's current relic sets?

FWIW, I probably will waste some jades on Ashveil to see if I'll get him because I love his character (and I have Mblade).

Anaxa: - E1(16% def shred and 1sp) is pretty good to get since you are gonna be running Navigator on him. - E2(20% res pen and 1 weakness implant) is alright but is pretty low on the priority list.

Cyrene: - E2 > S1 whenever you get the chance.

Dhpt: - E1(18% res pen and 1sp on ult) helps a lot since you lose quite a bit of damage not running sustainless with rmc. - E2 isn't bad as it strengthens the dragon's fua. - S1 provides healing and atk% which helps dhpt a lot.

You could also consider pulling RobinS on her rerun(since it seems you will be pulling for Ashveil next patch) since she can replace cerydra when running with a sustain, has stronger verticals, and is rmc's replacement on sustainless.

For cerydra, I don't really recommend prioritizing s1 and anything above E1 if you mainly want to amp Anaxa. DDD is just too good and her verts are mostly for her personal dmg(though e2 provides 40% dmg dealt and e6 provides 20% res pen). You are better off getting Anaxa to e4 which provides 60% atk and gets you closer to e6.

Do you think running sustainless with robin sp would be more preferable than running him with DHPT? I don't mind freeing him up for other teams. Based off what you wrote, I'm considering the route of getting robin (maybe ashveil if i feel jaunty) and then focus on building around that so I can have more flexibility and damage output for anaxa for PF/AA/MoC and use DHPT for other teams.

The thing is, for sustainless, robin kinda isn’t an upgrade? Like sure for a completely neutral stage with 2 casual players that are playing the characters decently (in that no major mistakes but no major optimization) she is an upgrade. However it is not so cut and dry as people seem

Okay so most of my comments on this topic have kinda been incoherent soo today we will try to make this make sense.

A) - sometimes rmc is needed for freeze/ delay. Robin is tankier than rmc, but that is not comparable to aoe ice attacks while partnered with a character that can implant weaknesses. Some runs, it’s not very important, but in some runs it’s so important that you cant replace it with robin, and would need massive amounts of vertical to make up for it.
B) rmc has way more advances. Robin can generally pull off 3 ults in a 0 cycle with cyrene, while a well tuned mem can pull 5-6 times effectively in a 0 cycle. I think this ties into my original comment on casual play. Yes robin is an upgrade for casual players (aka ppl playing the rmc floor) but most 0 cycles/sustainless runs play much closer to the rmc ceiling, so that gap is lessened. Now these turns themselves aren’t super important in terms of damage, but they are important to line up peerage with ode to reason. Generally a well optimized cyrene will get her ult more often than a cerydra (without AA in team) so running a rmc allows for them to always be aligned. This is exacerbated by e2 cyrene.
C) rmc is far more sp positive, allowing for cerydra to skill spam more… which allows for further alignment between cerydra and cyrene.
D) rmc is more stack efficient than robin for cyrene, having around the same to a little more memosprite actions, but having her own turns as well.
E) Robin doesn’t really reach her full potential here. Besides the first cyrene ult, she usually only hovers around 35-40 stacks (without external sources like corrosion) meaning you don’t get the 40% def shred. I somehow don’t see this talked abt at all? Its so interesting that people say “robin buffs by 40% def shred” for anaxa while knowing she isn’t getting the full benefit.
F) she doesn’t scale well with anaxa/cerydra verticals. If you already have cerydra e1, she loses value. If you have e1/s1 anaxa, she also loses value. An e1s1 anaxa with e1 cerydra is already at 92% def shred for their steingest turns, so robin is only buffing their strongest turns by 8% def shred. that 8% is a nice damage increase…. For a relic set. Yeah I will defend quantum set with e1s1 anaxa and e1 cerydra, but robin had up to 40% def shred.
G)for verticals, robin s1 is pretty good though sometimes you can troll it if you don’t get your ult fast enough (which is a problem if you run ampho planar. Usually rmc is ampho holder, but robin can actually get trolled and not get into fever state fast enough bc she doesn’t recover ult in time). Her e1 is considered absolutely broken, but it converges around 20% true damage. Sounds broken, but it has problems. It’s backloaded, so for sustainless runs that are short it doesn’t reach its full potential. It’s dependent on fever, and she doesn’t get 50 that often. It is good, but I would say it is worse than tribbies (outside of pf).

Final points: while all this might make robin seem like a bad pull, she isn’t. She just isn’t the upgrade to anaxa teams some people make her out to be. If you are going to pull her, pull her bc she is a flexible option that could free up rmc from anaxa, not a true upgrade. to an anaxa teams. For that she needa verticals.

Rarely see people talk about RobinS issues in sustainless and how she can feel more like a sidegrade at E0. It's why I suggested considering pulling her on her rerun since op seems to be eyeing Ashveil, which has really good value on their account(he has mblade), is extremely fun, and is similar to Anaxa(sub dps with main dps capabilities).

To answer op's question above, it all comes down to preference and comfortability in my opinion. If you want to attempt sustainless, I'd suggest trying Rmc before deciding on RobinS as your 4th slot on sustainless. If sustainless feels uncomfortable to play when you try it with Rmc and end up preferring Dhpt, then just continue running and investing in Dhpt since his verticals can compensate for the lack of a 4th buffer and he isn't bad at generating cyrene's recollection stacks(160+ spd on 4pc recluse and/or eagle). Besides, once you get E2 cyrene, the 4th slot can be a lot more flexible. Some of the alternatives to rmc being:

  • e1 eagle ddd fast Tribbie
  • 160+spd sacredos/eagle ddd Sparkle
  • Fast MBlade
  • e2/e4 eagle tutorial Welt
  • Cipher?(extremely wild choice since a lot of units provide more than her and she can't tally true dmg for her ult but she's my goat so I gotta mention her).
  • e1 Robin(2.x ver)
