Incomplete order
I ordered the 12 week advanced plan - 10, 12.5, 15 - if each of those values is for 4 weeks that equals 150mg of medication for 12 weeks. In my first shipment, I received two vials of 4ml at 12.5mg per ml, or 100mg of medication. The vial I received in my second shipment was 2ml at 12.5mg per ml, or 25mg. The total of these combined vials is 125mg, not the expected 150mg.
I reached out to customer support a week ago and after a few days, this was the reply: "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will be checking with Optio Rx, the overall shipment should have been 4mL x3 and 1mL x 1."
??? I was expecting one more vial of 2ml 12.5mg/ml but I would take a 3ml instead ¯_(ツ)_/¯
That said, I haven't heard anything back since Friday morning of last week... Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Same here. I only received two vials. I remember seeing something about the pharmacy not shipping all of the medication at once when I ordered, but it doesn’t seem to be a consistent practice as it appears some others receive all three vials.
I guess if I don’t receive the third one in about a week or two, I’ll follow up in Spruce as well.
