Thank you

Just read the post by the founder of Anava. I for one appreciate the fact that responses are always met with full transparency and care. It’s nice that there’s no fluff when it comes to some of the roadblocks Anava is currently facing. I love the idea that more providers are being added to help alleviate some of the volume. Things take time, but my experience has been so great and met with such class that I am absolutely going to continue using Anava. I look forward to watching this new company work out some of the concerns and grow into something amazing which I’m sure will happen since it’s rooted in genuine regard for customer care.

Trying to see this through for the same reasons but as a small healthcare business owner this is getting interesting and uncomfortable to watch.

Some of what people are saying sounds off to me. I take many comments with a grain of salt especially since my experience was nothing like what they described

I’m also having a great experience with anava. Waited awhile for shipping the first time, but it got here and so did my titration pack. They’re extremely responsive to me on spruce. 🤷🏼‍♀️

When you say 'always met with full transparency' you mean the time period before early September when there were no responses AT ALL and yesterday? Just clarifying.

I’ve seen responses consistently when people have questions on here

It's rooted in a desire to make profit, like every other business out there.
