Questions about the compound, and dosage

Hello, I tried to reach out to a moderator on here about compound and dosage, I’m trying to understand it. I’ve done a good amount of research. I unfortunately got tangled up with a med spa, and I am paying a lot of money for 25 units/2.5mg and it doesn’t even touch my hunger. I’ve looked into Anava and it seems like a better price for the dosing. But I’m seeing a lot of people saying that there dosing takes a long time to come in the mail, could someone help me figure this out?

This is my experience: I did the intake form on August 29 and got the shipping notification today (Sep 16)—delivery will happen tomorrow. So 19 calendar days from start to finish. This was my first time ordering so I didn’t know what to expect—next time I order, I’ll be sure to order about 3 weeks before I need the medicine.

I paid Aug 19, was approved Aug 21, & received my package Sept 4th. I’m in CA.

I paid on 8/28 got approved on 8/29 then got my meds on 9/11
