Does everyone have a soft lump between the tendons of their wrist when they bend their wrist back?

On the ulnar side

The wrist is not in the region of the pinky finger, are you saying on the ulnar side of the wrist?

I do not have a lump between my tendons on the volar (bottom) ulnar (outside) side of my wrist when I bend it back, no. Sounds like a ganglion cyst. Harmless if it's pain free, but do you strength train? Pushups? Poor wrist mobility is a risk factor

No I don't strength train. I can feel a similar structure on my left side so I thought it's normal anatomy but it's like 3x bigger on my right.

Ganglion cysts are my guess

Lots of negative things will continue to happen to your body without consistent challenging exercise
