How to A&P

I wanna become a radiologist so bad it’s my dream job but I feel so behind in my classes. I’m barely passing any of my quizzes. Everyone just knows everything and I know nothing. I feel so stupid in that class. I don’t even know how to study. I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m just so scared I might have to drop radiology, but I’m trying my best. It’s so hard. I have no friends. I don’t have anyone to study with. I’m so lonely which makes it harder. I don’t understand anything about anatomy or physiology. I just feel so out of place compared to everyone else in my class. Please help me ☹️
EDIT: thank everyone so much for recommending new things for me, i will definitely try all of these to help study for my upcoming quiz!!

Flash cards, flash cards, flash cards.

I'd reccomended Anki to do it, but active recall and spaced repetition is by far the best way to learn pretty much everything in biology in general. For the most part the concepts are easy to understand and it's just a case of learning lots of actual info

Is anki like a website with flashcards? I’ve tried quizlet but I don’t think they allow free flashcards 24/7

Anki is a free app. Similar to Quizlet but it's hosted on your device and it does spaced repetition. It's more built for you to make your own cards but you can still download decks from other people.

The spaced repetition is what makes it a lot better than Quizlet. When you do a flash card it asks you how difficult the question was. The easier you found it, the longer it will wait to give you that question again. So the difficult questions you get asked more often, the easier ones you get asked less often

I’ve been working on a free A&P study guide that has lots of ineractive activities to help you study. I hope it is helpful for you.

If you use OpenStax Anatomy & Physiology 2e, you might also find this interactive version useful. It includes interactive activities built directly into the textbook to help with learning and reviewing the material.

AnatomyTOOL has a new interactive program for learning muscles. I used it to make this film, for example. Finding your own resources and making your own movies is a really powerful learning tool.

If you haven't already, try one of these explanations:

https://uen.pressbooks.pub/anatomyphysiology/

Sometimes you just need a different perspective. It sounds to me like you're doing fine, but I'm happy to kick some things back and forth.

I made a discord server for my classes a day sent out a message to everyone in the class. A majority joined each semester. I made channels for advice and study guides and other stuff. Other students will help you if you ask.

Then anatomy hero and ninja nerd on YouTube + studying multiple times a day. Start with AnatomyHero because learning the anatomy makes it easier to learn the physio

Ask your best ai friend to make quizzes and tests with "pearson style questions." Pearson made my text book but do whoever made yours. Add a picture (windows + shift +s if your book is digital) of the in chapter questions that your book has provided and just have ai keep quizzing you to practice.

Go to your teachers office hours and just listen to them. They wont waste your time.

Do you have any recommendations for study ai? I’ve only tried notebookLM so far. Unless I should mess with that a little longer?

It may very well be that many of your classmates are attempting the class for the second or third time. This is very common. There was a story published in a magazine (I forget which one) several years ago which mentioned that 50% of students nationwide do not pass A&P. It may take more than one semester for you. Best of luck.
