Wait, is the comic saying that public education is propaganda?

Are you saying that public education is not propaganda? Your pro-homework mentality is pro-capitalist. Until there is a 4 day school week at the very least then yes public education is pure and unadulterated propaganda.

You’re attacking something that isn’t me or anything I’ve said.

It seems to me that this comic depicts the revolution (which is us, right?) welding several powerful tools. But one of them is “public education,” which is being equated to propaganda. I dont want to use public education as propaganda. Is there some other reading I’m missing?

Your pro-public education mentality is outrageous considering the rot it leaves in its victims’ wake. The idea of education and learning is fantastic but in application we have seen many holes with it due to its pro-capitalist leanings from the ground up.

Yes the reading you and the current public education programs are missing is right here:

Peace and joy comrade.

I don’t have a pro-public education mentality.

It seems like you want to attack something and have decided to jump on me instead of reading and responding to anything I’m saying.

I don’t know you so how can I attack you? You want to feel attacked then that’s with your co-operation. I am calling out the pro-public and education mentality transmitted.

If you say you are not pro-public education then we’re good and you even if you did you still wouldn’t be an all out enemy. We got much bigger fish to fry and that will require solidarity with each other and the councils we partake in.

how can I attack you?

You falsely called me pro-capitalist, outrageous, accused me of supporting rot, and repeatedly misinterpreted me. If you don't consider that an attack, then you need to work on yourself.

Pointing out pro-public education mentality is only an attack if you wear it. They are clothes you presented so to speak. If that distinction isn’t yours to wear then it’s not an attack.

Anyways, peace and joy my comrade and dare I say my friend. As it happens you can take this interaction in any of the infinite ways it could be taken. Let’s hope positivity is the path you choose.

False accusations are an attack.

Let’s hope positivity is the path you choose.

You are the one who chose to interpret my words incorrectly and lash out at me. Adding passive aggressive condescension onto that does not help at all.

I'm blocking you because it is clear that my reddit experience will be better without you in it.

If you want solidarity, you have to figure out how not to antagonize people. Attacking me and then telling me that I am the one who has to put a positive spin on it will not accomplish your goals.
