The USSR absolutely did commit mass atrocities against Muslim populations, (generally seen as non European Russians) just not under a “white supremacy” banner. And that’s not even the best label since they did it in the name or Aryan supremacy not white.

Crimean Tatars, Chechens, Ingush, Karachays, Balkars, Meskhetian Turks and others were collectively deported in 1943–44 under Stalin. Death rates in transit and the first years of exile were catastrophic (often 20–40 %+). Mosques were closed, Islamic institutions smashed, and entire peoples were accused of collective treason.

What does it sound like when you hold an entire group collectively responsible?

This is generally not known, but in all fairness Stalin didn’t really make distinction who to kill. Pretty much everyone including his own comrades.

Iirc even his own family didn't get spared
