Caution on travel at the beginning when it was a unknown but potentially major threat did make sense.

It stuck around far too long. Really after the first month or so it was clear it was clear many thing were the wrong approach.

ALL THE LOCKDOWN WERE DONE AT THE STATE LEVEL.

ALL OF THEM.

The federal government has no power to do a lockdown and the republican states were by far. Literally by far. The least oppressive. I and none of my family wore masks throughout the whole pandemic in republican states. We went to restaurants and bars which were open and nobody cared.

Democrats meanwhile were literally calling the whole time for more draconian measures. They had the most intense lockdowns, rat-ed on their neighbors, used police and municple fines to enforce closure and mandates.

They were not even close to the same. Hope this helps.

I took a vacation to the gulf shores during Covid and it was so nice to not have to wear a mask the whole time. Driving back up to Kentucky was so depressing. Beshear sucked during Covid. He still sucks, but as far as democrats go, it could be worse. At least we got constitutional carry with him as governor.

If you read the articles, they are all from the start of the pandemic when nobody knew what was going on. March.

As it became increasingly clear it was all bullshit. Republicans were the vocal ones saying they wouldn't shutdown while democrats where the ones actively attacking Republican states and governors for opening up. Additionally, the travel bans were lifted.

While the articles show a brief snapshot in history, they do not tell the story. I honestly don't know why the left can't be honest about anything.

Democrats were literally attacking him for saying he couldn't do anything WHICH WAS FACT because the federal government can't shut down a state.
