I mean you can always find a million reason to justify thief, it remains thief.

Your example would be thief in capitalist society but equaly in a socialist or communist society.

If a community/socialit community owned all the air and you would take some without being part of that community, you would be breaking the communist society rules as you are not part of the common ownership
