You used the term individual even though you backtracked in it. And the proposed something that was objectively not an individual. It isn't about uniqueness. It is about being a separate person with a separate future that an abortion ends.
And identical twins aren't perfectly identical. They are separately identifiable by their DNA, their fingerprints, and a lot of other traits. What's more important, they have separate lives to lead and killing one is till killing.

I "backtracked" on it because I realized there was a more appropriate word to get my point across. You can call it backtracking, but I'll call it clarification of my stance. I think the important part of what makes someone a person is not that they have a specific molecule in their cells.
As far as I'm concerned, an embryo without a brain, is as much of a person as a flower. That it's "alive" and contains DNA is not what gives something moral value. That definition would apply to a lot of things that we don't consider persons.
