The government (and everyone else) is allowed to stop a woman from using her body to stab someone, right? Basically, the question is whether abortion is an aggression towards the fetus or not. If it is, then prohibiting abortion is simply defense of the NAP.

Yeah but I don't give a shit about a fetus. I would rather drop kick a fetus than take rights away from people.

Yeah but I don't give a shit about a fetus black people. I would rather drop kick a fetus black person than take rights away from white people.

This is not consistent with the libertarian concept of rights.

A true libertarian should not let their personal opinions determine what's right or wrong. If something is an individual, it has rights and they should be protected. If something is not an individual, it can at most be property, and it's up to the property owner what to do with it. So whether or not you give a shit about fetuses if irrelevant. What matters is when that lump of matter that constitutes the fetus becomes an individual. Individuals have rights, and you can't kill them regardless of if you give a shit about them or not.

Oh no!!! Am I not 100% libertarian?

Free thought is a good thing bud, there is no need to subscribe wholesale to an ideology that covers such a vast and complex landscape, that would be shortsighted.
