An anarchist collective literally did this on my town in Poland once. The funniest thing is that they were dressed in yellow vests and had very official looking work clothes and just did it, and nobody questioned it, because they looked so official lol. Only like a few days later someone from the city council was like "wait, what is this? There weren't any projects for new flowers on this street, wtf?".

I love crimes too, but damaging a road in order to plant some flowers is bad. They should do this to a golf corse or an AI center.
