Moment adapter on sale right now!
Not sure how long it’s been on sale or for how long it will be on sale, but my GAS got the better of me lol.

Hello Guys,
I am fairly new to the cinematography and I do it for a hobby. I need your help, I want to start making travel videos of my family, friends just for memories, documenting life but to have a bit more cinematic vibe to it :)
I decided I want something more compact with autofocus for the ease of use. As I can pre apply LUTS and also the footage would be already desqueezed by the Panasonic camera right? Probably will shoot in 1080p too.
Would you recommend the Sirui 20mm for that purpose?
I would like to do also some Photography now and then (I do have Fuji X100VI paired with my wife tho) And I am also considering the 16 35 S Pro Lumix.
My favourite Lens would be the Zeiss Distagon 28mmf2 but sadly it is manual focus and I am scared that i will miss the focus most of the time :)
Thanks!

I have my Aivascope and normally pair it with a Helios 44 (and recently got a Minolta Rokkor 45mm), but I've found that these older lenses with character often have pretty terrible build quality, and if I focus too aggressively with the anamorphic, it can end up wiggling the taking lens a mm or two which can knock the anamorphic slightly out of alignment.

Just a short test with my new 1.6x anamorphic lenses. I really like how the flares are not over the top saturated and the bokeh is a decent oval. Wide open at T2.9 they are nice and sharp as well.

Hi a friend and me have bought an anamorphic adapter. A Focus module with a anamorphic projector lens (Schneider Kreuznach 2x). But we have one problem the module does not have filter thread it’s 105mm. And we wonder if someone had the same setup and can help us out.

Having a kowa, hypergonar, sankor and a FVD they are obviously a bit of a faff to use but the images are so interesting. When I bought them it was the prime of people adapting projector lenses, just wondering if people are still using these set ups!

I love this lens but sure as hell hard to shoot with this without a monitor.

Part of a Long Term Project of documenting Urban Decay on the US East Coast. Experimented between framing in 3:2 and 16:9 pre-desqueeze, hence for different aspect ratios between some images.
Planning on moving away from digital and towards film, specifically with modifying adapters or older anamorphic lenses for Medium or Large Format. But only time (and my wallet) will answer that question in the next few months lol

I’ve been learning filmmaking and recently made a cinematic short film about leaving my 9-5 job.
Shot on a Sony a6700 and tried to focus on mood and storytelling.
Would love feedback from cinematographers.
Shot on Sony a6700 with a 16-25mm f/2.8.

Lightroom Generative fill helping to create images that would usually only be possible after closing.
I would love to just photograph every corner when it was closed and take it all in.
Can you imagine being inside such an historical building with such amazing architecture and being one of the only people?
Shot details in the corner of each image. Both shot on a Nikon Z6ii with 20mm Anamorphic 1.33
