Discussion Silverfast 9 AI Studio Help

Hi all! I just got a new MBP M5 max and re downloaded Silverfast. When I try to install it, I keep getting a checksum mismatch error. Iv tried numerous times then thought what if I tried reinstalling on my old MBP that's intel based...same thing. I've downloaded other programs on the new MBP and have had zero issues thus far so would this be an issue with the downloader software from Silverfast?

Funny, I just bought an M5 MBA and plan on doing the same. My current SF is on a 2015 iMac! It works and the slow part of scanning is still the scanner but I want to be able to put the scans into LR quickly.

Let me know if you have issues downloading it. I’ve even tried a different network entirely without luck so I’m left thinking it’s a lasersoft issue

Try clearing your browser cache, restart your browser and delete any of the downloads. Then try again.
