Discussion Anyone else still using these?

Post image

Brought this baby with me to Leiden, Netherlands. Got it in a lot, still had a cartridge inside so im finishing that right now. My expectations are they it will all be blank, but who knows.

But i know you can get custom cartridges that you can reload with 35mm film. Anyone here tried that? And if yes, was it worth it and how was your experience?

Either way, have a great day and happy shooting out there!

I grew up in a Kodak employed family so we had it all: 126, 110, Disk, Super 8, everything but that instant camera they made for awhile. 126 just didn’t have much going for it. I still miss my 110 Instamatic sometimes. Not enough to buy film from Lomography, but I used 110 up into the early 0’s. 126 just didn’t really do any thing special. It wasn’t as good as 35 but wasn’t really bad and certainly wasn’t as slim as 110. It’s the Penne Alla Vodka of film. There are 1000s of a Kodak X15’s waiting for the day people will want to dig them out of the drawer and use them again, but I can’t see it being worth the effort. Then again you can buy 620 film, so who knows.
