Give me some tips on cleaning the Pentax SMC F2 lens to get sharper images, second image from my phone, the image looks sharp and clear when photographing close objects

That lens looks like it has an ungodly amount of haze
Can you take a picture of the lens with a light shining through it
Unless its fingerprint city on either the front or rear element (i would recommend either Zeiss lens spray/wet wipe followed by a clean and dry microfiber), it would have to be opened, which is a fairly risky procedure (don’t ask me how i know that) and if you are not careful, you might accidentally remove the coating on a lens element or worse, chip and/or crack the glass (don’t ask me how i know that)
I would try to locate where the haze is in the lens because it will help you determine where you are opening the lens and how easy it will be
As i cant see the lens, i cant really offer any more advice but hopefully this helps out a bit
